I remember you mum, taking me to school for the first time, although I was frightened and unsure, you would squeeze my hand and smile and tell me I'll wait for you. I remember you washing mountains of clothes and so many spuds in order to take care of us. I remember running home from school to tell you about my day and you would always listen and smile. I remember summer days in the caravan and you would make us wonderful delightful meals on a tiny stove!! Your Yorkshire pudding and gravy were the best!! I remember meeting you off the bus on Saturdays and you carrying big bags of shopping , you would smile at me and we would walk home together and chat. I remember your Dettol baths would cure all ailments, because you said that it would and when we grew older and all left home, you would ring us up to see how we were. I remember our chats to put the world to rights and finally, I remember you for your love and kindness to all! When it's my time  and I am done, it's you I will look for because you're my mum!
